    Description

Offered is our 4th  Native American Miniature this week:
Two for the price of one! Two wonderful Zuni hand-carved frog fetishes, both have turquoise insets
The purple frog is quite comical with bulging eyes. It measures 1/2" wide by about 3/4" tall. It is initialed MH or HW, depending on how you hold the fetish. It is a very distinctive frog, but I couldn't find a similar one in the resource books I have. There are several carvers with the initials MH or HW. Hopefully, a Zuni fetish collector can recognize the artistic style of this frog. It has a few white spots, which could be natural to the stone or dings--hard to tell. Please view the pictures.
The grey marble frog measures 1 1/2" in length by less than 1/2" tall. It has a price tag of and the initials marked on a tag: A or N Q, which could be for the Quam or Quandelacy. It does have a few tiny white nicks.
We purchased these in a large lot of Zuni fetishes and other Southwestern Native American miniatures at an auction. I believe it was a gift store closing based on the price stickers on most of the items.
    Please look at all pictures.
General Information about our business, shipping, holding items,
    etc.:
    * Most of the items we sell come from our personal collection gathered over the years from our travels, from Native powwows and craft stores, antique shops, auctions and estate sales. Now that our kids are in college and beyond, we are letting some items go so others can enjoy them.
*We will gladly combine orders to save you on shipping charges.   Please email for a combined invoice before paying. Sometimes a few first class items jump to priority pricing (.25 and up) because weight puts a package over the 16 ounce limit. Sorry, I can't combine collectibles and book/Magazine purchases.
*If you want me to hold items for the next week's auction, please contact me and
    wait
to pay until the last auction ends. Then I'll send you a combined invoice. If you pay right away, I will NOT be able to hold your items due to Ebay's ship within 1-day after payment rule. Please tell me if you are waiting for next week's auction. If you don't communicate and don't pay, you will get an automated non-paying bidder notice from Ebay after 4 days. Thank you!
*International Buyers:  I will mail first class to Canada but to all other locations, I prefer to mail priority to insure your item arrives safely. Please email me with questions. Sorry for the expense, but  I've had items lost overseas when mailing first class and don't want to take the risk of losing items.
*I pack carefully and try to reuse materials to save on environmental impact. I often double-box items with smaller gift boxes collected from various thrift stores. Though I don't like styrofoam peanuts for environmental reasons, I have found they are the best at protecting fragile  items against damage during shipping. I reuse all that I receive and hope you will make use of the ones that come in your packages. Thank you.
    * Please contact us before leaving negative feedback if something isn't right with your item. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase
