    Description

    Up for sale is a 25 Cent Fractional Note.  I would grade it a Fine.  Sew hole top right corner where packs where laced together, not uncommon.  Bunch of tiny pinholes left side (close to a couple dozen) minimally evident to the eye.  It is a fifth issue, F-1308 (long key).
