    25 Cents Fractional Currency Fr. 1301 **Washington at Right!!!!**. A great note from the fourth issue with no problems to report! There is one miniscule pinhole in the center, and THAT IS ALL!!!! Very uncommon to find a VG note like this with just 1 pinhole! Although the corners are bent, the paper is all there, just folded back, as you will see in the pictures. The green back shows up especially well, and the seal on the front is very clear as well! This is the perfect fractional note for a fractional currency collector or really any old U.S. paper money collector! For this price, how can you go wrong?
