EVERY WORK BENCH SHOULD HAVE ONE...HOLDS SCREWS UNTIL YOU CAN GET THEM STARTED...I HAVE USED THIS MODEL FOR LAST 5 YEARS AND HAVE SOLD THEM AT SHOWS....HOLDS MAJORITY OF FLYER SCREWS...SCREWS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN FROM USING THE WRONG SCREWDRIVER WON'T STAY IN ANY HOLDER.
