    Up for sale is a 10c Cent Fourth Issue Fractional Note that is graded 55 Choice About New Premium Paper Quality by PCGS.  This note has a light right upper and lower corner tip fold with very light handling, but NO pinholes, tears, or distracting marks.  This note is bright, clean, and crisp, has razor sharp corners with good centering, nice premium original paper quality and body, and rich, vibrant ink color and excellent eye appeal.
