    Up for sale is a 10c Cent Fourth Issue Fractional Note that is graded 35 Choice Very Fine by PMG.  This note has some very light folding and handling marks, but NO pinholes, tears, or distracting marks.  This note is clean and crisp, has sharp corners with decent centering, nice original paper quality and body, and vivid ink color and great eye appeal for the assigned grade.
