old native american plains? decorated hand painted buckskin shirt. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Painted with a canoe. Very small neck opening. Possibly made for a child. Lovely beadwork and definitely worn by someone. Told it was from a plains tribe when purchased in Wisconsin. The canoe makes me wonder. You be the judge. Very nice collectable piece and in fine shape for its age.
