Here's an antique jeweler's stake anvil and bench block.  Highest quality vintage steel, likely 1800's.
The anvil is in great shape with one small chip out of one end (see pics).
Don't confuse this with modern ones being made that have lesser craftsmanship.  This is a unique one-off antique.
