Vintage Hand Painted Wooden Balancing Chinese Man With Fishing Pole and line/Wire with Fish Hooked/Caught. Kinetic Sculpture Folk Art. Condition is "Used". Has a "MADE IN...?" label on the metal fish (photo 9), but I can't read the country name. Could be Japan.
The condition is good. Some paint missing from the wood fisherman as seen. Balances very well. Will not topple over on his own.
The overall length with the fish and wire line is 12". The fisherman is 2-1/2" in height. The fish is 2-1/4" in length.
